Jamal Musiala

Pretty impossible to get good German players from Bayern. Kroos is the only one I remember leaving at a good age and I think he refused a new deal.
hoeness bullying tacticts didnt work so he left.

musiala would be great but dunno, especially if the interest in wirtz is legit. they pretty much play the same position.

I think it’s probably more likely that we are gonna put pressure on Musiala to force Bayern to pay him to fend off interest in order to make it harder for them to afford Wirtz. I’m sure we’d be happy with either player but can’t let Bayern have a free run at having both

Hehe always love a bit of 4D chess in the transfer forum.

You could be right.

He’s got an audition that lasts until Xmas.

I get the feeling Foden will roam from the right more and take Bernardo’s spot, leaving room for Musiala/Wirtz to replace KDB.
I agree with this, walker had essentially been providing the width recently allowing foden to play as an inside forward who can drift

Am I correct in thinking he was at Southampton when he was very young and then went to Chelsea.
How did they let him slip back to Germany?

Chelsea have form for letting talented players slip through their fingers, to be fair. Off the top of my head, KDB and Salah spring to mind. And I'm guessing that there's more, if you thought about it for five or 10 minutes.
