James Bond Films. Are They All That?

Overly violent
Craig had all the charisma of a bucket of wallpaper paste.
Before him, Brosnan wasn't much better. Very little dialogue in his films.
The last decent Bond film (imo) was Goldeneye (Brosnan's first). Ever since then, I've not watched a full repeat showing of one.

Skyfall and Casino Royale are outstanding Bond films

He was great in Kick Ass so can definitely do the action stuff. And he was even better in Bullet Train as a cockney hitman. I think he'll be great.

If the script is good and the director is then he will be very good.

I went to the cinema to watch it, just remember feeling let down. I guess I don't see Daniel Craig as Bond. He doesn't even look like Bond to me, and doesn't have that sardonic humour. He tries but he can't deliver.
