You do know he did fuck all against us last week. They're biggest threats were the goalscorers, Bendtner and Larsson.
Oh, and you can't compare Bale to McClean. One has come on immensly in the last 2 years and is now showing his potential and will probably get better; the other is the 'Star-Kid' in an over-achieving Mid-Table team.

Over- achieving team maybe but since O Neill has taken over they have been great. McClean has been 1 of there main players who has come on in leaps and bounds in the short space of time there. Dont forget McClean was playing League of Ireland football last year and the jump he has made so quickly is astounding.
Bale in my view is over rated and over priced big time. A 1 trick pony that uses his speed. When he comes up against better defenders he goes to shit.

But going by that logic, McClean is just the same because all he does is get down the wing and score every now and again. As for Bale up against good defenders, tbh I don't think Maicon's ever got over that night in Milan. I don't doubt that McClean is alright, just think we should avoid.
