What was the celebration anyway? A whip or something?
''The way he maneuvered his transfer away''??I reckon he'll get dog's abuse if he turns up at the Etihad again and quite rightly so, the fucker's earned it. He's not a delicate little flower, won't affect him very much but it would let him know our fans know he was a lying, tricky little fucker the way he maneuvered his transfer away to get a signing on fee.
He doesn't have to, no more than I would have to if my boss asked me if I was planning on leaving or staying in 6 months time. The way he would not confirm his intentions when City asked him on numerous occasions 6 months before his contract run out.

He probably got minimum 15 million for signing on (plus wages to come) - would you turn that down? Would you let your employer see your hand six months before doing that?
...Milner left in the way he did and he can live with it. Im sure he wont lose any sleep but he is a **** for leaving like he did and he is a **** for doing what he did last night.
Fair play for celebrating. He's a Liverpool player, and scored for Liverpool. Well done.
He once played for us. He came, got paid very well, played well, did what was asked, saw out a contract, and left.
He didn't grow up at City, spend his childhood a city fan, so he has no reason to play the 'faux respect' card a lot of players do against their old clubs.
