I wouldnt. Been more than a few that have wanted out and I'm fine with that. Personally I wanted us to try and cash in January before he left when it was clear he wasnt going to stay.

He's perfectly entitled to look after himself ahead of our club.He doesn't have to, no more than I would have to if my boss asked me if I was planning on leaving or staying in 6 months time.
He probably got minimum 15 million for signing on (plus wages to come) - would you turn that down? Would you let your employer see your hand six months before doing that?
