Jamie Carragher

I think it's because they can't/won't accept that being a "big club" and having a lot of fans is as simple as success x time.

It makes someone like Carragher feel less special if he's told that there's nothing inherently unique about Liverpool that make them "big" except that.
it makes them all feel special and cosy, as i have said in the past this is the root of 115, people like carragher, neville and the dinosaurs that run football cant accept that there is nothing special about the cartel clubs and they cant abide by the idea that little old city has not only matched their achievements but obliterated them by being smarter, more innovative and better run by better people so to them we must have cheated.

The fact that we are showing them in real time, live and in living colour broadcast across the world that their clubs arent special in any way is destroying their beliefs at a foundational level so like most people who believe in something that clearly isnt factually true they invent a made up support system in order to cope and thats all the 115 is, was and ever will be.

I stopped Sky, for a number of reasons, before the Rat & Flipper double act. Only watch it in the pub for City games.
Does Gary Neville default to the same claim as Flipper, that City will never be bigger or as successful as the Red Arse Cheeks ?
If yes, then it's an absolute farce that these 2 sad-acts try to keep the duopoly ongoing.
It reminds me of the New Musical Express journalists who would only only "like" or promote/cover a certain type of music, refusing to report on other genres.
Look what happened to the NME...

tends to happen more on their `YT show

I fecking can’t stand him. No matter what game he is commenting on he still manages to get the word ‘Liverpool’ in every other sentence. Also can’t understand why he is on tv at all after the gobbing. We should’ve tied him to a goal post and used him for shooting practice.
Don’t you mean, "Li'pool"?

The castrated dolphin came out with something similar not long ago - something along the lines of viewing figures for city games don't even move the dial, everyone wants to watch utd or the dippers. If that's the case then squeeky boy, why aren't the top 10 (or whatever) most watched PL all utd v liverpool, pretty sure one or two of our games feature in that list?
I don’t know about now, but I believe, at the time, the 1-0 (Kompany) in April 2012 was the most-watched Sty game up until then.

Carragher should just do one. He’s a scouse prick with a squeaky voice and no endearing layers in his character.
The phrase see you next Tuesday was written for him.
Dog turd.

2 dinosaurs who actually believe they were better than most who keep pushing the red shite at every opportunity time they were both replaced

Look the fact of the matter is we will never be as big,, fan base wise in this country, and I can live with that, and yer know what I actually couldn't give two shiny shits either,,, would I rather of had the incredible rolloarcoaster ride I've personally been on for 43 years,,,,, yer fking dead right I would and would not change anything (maybe except for the David fking pleat moment), nah I've loved it all and will continue to do so,,, so fuk off spitty and rat face,, go cry some more

I remember listening to BBC World Service, I know I'm a boring bastard, still am, and the did an all day long broadcast from the Etihad that day saying it was the biggest football game , and the biggest Derby in living memory.

I just don't get the big club statement. If you follow a club it doesn't matter if you have 10 people supporting you or 75000. Its totally irrelevant, I couldn't give a to** to be honest and cracks me up, it just makes them feel better about themselves. Its basically the bigger d**k theory
