Also, i haven't seen too many, if any, assumptions about America, more so the factual selling patterns of artists who happen to originate from the US. After that the comparisions are made from attitudes over on our side.

I'll put my point across in a somewhat assertive way; if i believe in it. But that certainly doesn't mean i'm closed to other people's views and opinions. I've had the reassertion to me in this thread that there IS a distinguishable line (admittidly a grey one at times) between being proud of identity and culture and then being seen as elitist and/or racist.
I stepped out when i felt i'd made my points and they'd been responded too, but that doesn't mean i stop following the thread either.
