I'm guessing Arsenal is going to pay him a lot more money, not that that will ever get mentioned, of course. I'm sure he's just going there for the history, but can't say I blame him - not sure I'd be that loyal to my firm if I was offered a 50% pay rise

I get it, they won the league and all that, but it doesn't change the fact that I wouldn't be especially excited by signing any of those three and I don't think Vardy would improve Arsenal one bit.
 
Got to be honest...he'd be an improvement on Bony!; ) and alot cheaper........not sure he'd be the right fit for us but 20mil for a top 3 goal scorer in the prem last season seems a fair price...early doors but hate to see a team like Arsenal leading the way in the transfer market.....Xhaka was an excellent buy and now Vardy.....lets hope we dont have to wait long before another announcement...

Apparently Vardy's agent is threatening that lookalike with legal action now. If true, what a twat.

now and again I would just love for us to move quickly on our transfers!; ) we always seem to be in talks for months before a deal gets done.....I guess the important thing is we get them done in the end tho!;)

Yes, and a good signing it was mate!; ) but it still took us 4 months to get that done.....and even tho I love the signing and think he could boss the prem and was a bargain at 20mil....we still could be out of the CL before he even healthy...would be nice to see a quick in and out and done deal to get us all pumped for the season!; ) dont worry mate...just kidding..I old enough to know things dont always work that way!;)
 
When he was at the age that should have been his peak, he was playing for Fleetwood.
