Spend on two centre half's in January, as we did with Laporte, use the rest of this season to get them embedded in the squad and Pep's ways, as at this rate the league could be gone by then. Otamendi should be sold next summer.
They'd both have to be homegrown as we don't have any space in the squad for foreign players. I don't see any homegrown centre backs out there that are available and noticeably better than Garcia and Harwood-Bellis.

He looks a very good player to me. He’s fast and good on the ball.
He jumps out of the line and goes to ground as often as Otamendi.
