January is make or break time for Hughes

I'm fiddling with my laces, and by the end of january I may even have taken the shoe off entirely.

I can't see myself throwing it at hughes before March tho

Oddly I think he will spend well, what will make of break him is our current form if it doesn't improve very quickly he wont get the chance to spend anything.

Just read a quote from Robinho which implies that maybe things are far from rosy, but sensibly giving Hughes a bit more time.

Robinho said: "If a team is not doing well in Brazil they change the coach immediately. Here it is very different and they get a chance to show what they can do.

"Hughes is fighting to strengthen the squad and I hope he can do that this season with the help of the new signings we are going to make in January.

Regardless of what happens in the transfer markets its results that count the next 2 games for example will ultimatly seal Hughes fait.
