Why would we sell Kolo, an established squad member who Mancini obviously rates, and leave ourselves short at CB?

We need to sell our fringe players before we think about signing Hazard, Lavezzi, Reus, and everybody under the sun that some of our transfer muppets seem to fantasize about. ;)
