January transfer window

Realistically in Jan I'd expect us to try and move out Dzeko and Lescott, with a possibility of Garcia if any team is crazy enough to come in for him.

Bring in a central defender and a versatile midfielder.

Get rid of Garcia,Lescott and Boyata.

Replace with an effective defensive midfielder and,as much as the window will allow,a top notch centre half.

The leftback issues can wait till the summer.

We don't usually do much buying in January, Maybe a loan deal for an experienced center back who can slot right in if Kompany is injured but Demichelis should be back by then (how hot is his missus by the way!)

Demichelis is already back and fit.

After *ock up number 10 and we aren't even in November, a new goal keeper is a good idea.

I'd rather we invest £20million on Luke Shaw than £20million on Baines. Baines is better right now but Shaw has potential to be Ashley Cole-at-his-peak level, as in world class... and is already a Premier League standard left-back. Baines will probably reunite with Gollum anyway. BTW, Baines is 29 in December!

Baines is off to United either January or next summer.

Kurt Zouma had a really good game against PSG sans missing the header that allowed another fan transfer target Matuidi's hail mary goal go in for the draw.

He is probably set to be Cole-s replacement at Chelsea.

looking at our defence you could replace 2 or 3 of them at the moment.

Southampton have a superb back 4 and a very good keeper too.
The center backs are high quality and are both quick as are the left and right backs.
Hopefully City are keeping tabs on them.
Just a thought.

Pogba at Juve would be quality.

I agree with this, lot more potential and doing well in the prem already.

I think we should look for a new goalkeeper, a new centre-back, a new left-back and a defensive midfielder.

GK: Casillas, Ter Stegen
CB: Mangala, Hummels
LB: Shaw, Baines, Coentrao, De Sciglio
CDM: Bender, Song

Lovren is very good but quick he is not
