January

In the perfect world Nasri out and a younger, more direct player brought in.

However, I'd be surprised to see any movement in Jan, doesn't seem our style unless an incredible deal game along.
Personally, I'd pay the 30 million for Ruben Neves now and loan him back to Porto for the rest of the season.
That way the Yaya/Nasri replacement is set for next season. In the summer I'd be looking at getting a young RB and moving out one of our Over 30 RBs.

Contrary to popular opinion, wouldn't be looking at CB. MDM out and the Galatasary kid back.

Nasri, Yaya, Bony Fernando and Sagna all out. Neves and another CM in. Preferably whoever gets dropped in the Barca summer fallout.

Which should leave us with Silva, Kevin, Sterling, Navas, Delph, Dihno, Neves, and Rafinha. 8 guys for 5 positions. Aguero with Kelechi backing him up, up top.
Defense adds a new RB and new LB. Mangler dukes it out with Denayer for 3rd CB.

Neves in January. Rafinha, LB and RB in the summer. I think we'll have a very good squad. Unless we can get Pogba, then scratch the Barca kid.

I wish! that'd be bloody lovely.

I am wondering what the plan regards our strikers will be, while Bony on paper is 2nd choice because of Aguero's injuries he's actually pretty much 1st choice and is clearly not up to standard. Meanwhile we have the same problem at the back with Kompany, and a Yaya who can't do game after game anymore.

This are my thoughts from what I've seen. I think Denayer's ball skills make him a perfect backup to Komps and Ota. With Mangala as the emergency/close out defender and 4 th choice. But Denayer's will have to earn that role. I think he can and will.

Neves and Rafihna ( or Pogba if possible) solves the Yaya problem. Personally, I'd rather Yaya was moved on. I tot he should have been moved on after his great scoring season. If not then, it's clearly time now. Neves and Rafihna will grow into the role of creative CM and DM with Dihno and Delph as the workhorses.

Debuchy, better and younger than Sagna but not too old to stop Maffeo coming through. Said he wants to leave Arsenal as well

Why would him being too old stop Maffeo coming through.

Not close to being better than Sagna either.
