Not seen much of him but I've heard Angelino is the better of the 2 fullback prospects. I hope he gets more playing time but unless he does, it's wasted potential.

I'm hoping they extend Sagna for a year and use Maffeo as the strict League Cup RB, with the possibility of playing in the FA Cup depending on the opposition. Rotate Zab and Sagna for the league and Europe and the year after that have Zabs and Maffeo be the two squad right backs

Zabaleta will be fine as a utility player. We need two fullbacks left and right who can bridge the age gap between the likes of Angelino and Maffeo and the current first choice four. It doesn't show a lack of faith, but a realistic overhaul so we never again end up with all but two of our regular defenders being over 30. FFP really had its desired effect as it stopped us signing Luke Shaw fire example. However, it didn't work.

Angelino was hot and cold in the MLS. Fantastic debut and some great play especially going forwards but a few quiet games and at times suspect defending (he is quite small). Definitely a better pacey attacking left back than a solid defender. He could do with a decent loan before having a run out with us to be honest.

Maffeo – I’ve only seen in the EDS in bits and pieces.

Both make good squad cover but nothing like the background / reputation of a Denayer who is on another level and could be our next RB if he takes to that position.

I wouldnt say no to Hernandez either jan or summer. Hes a goal scorer and wouldnt be playing up if he was on the bench. Id ideally like Bony to leave probably in the summer and then have Kun first striker backed up by Hernandez and Kelechi following on.

Aguero, Hernandez and Nacho would be a great trio of strikers.
