Is the rule that the whole of the ball has to be completely over the whole of the line? There might be just the merest arc of that ball still on the line. Odd that the official pic isn't being released, though. It'll just add fuel to the agenda-ists' fire.

Yes, so the bit that might be on the line is the outer edge of the radius of the ball.
