Yes I quite liked him for half a season but seemed to lose his way. I remember we lost 2-0 to west ham in the fa cup (Dean Ashton scoring both) and fans were furious he played a couple of days earlier, in the league, rather than be rested as he was such a crucial player.

We put him out on the left wing eventually didn't we? Was never comfortable there.
