Please not Emma Hayes.
You may not be to far off the mark there ..It will be a woman who replaces him, someone like the insufferable Laura Woods or Alex Scott
Or Rylan Clark, mind you Schofield is bookies favourite along with Bradley Walsh as its the only fucking thing they're not actually on at the momentYou may not be to far off the mark there ..

Probably be the fella that sits in for stelling on occasions think his name is Julian warren..Or Rylan Clark, mind you Schofield is bookies favourite along with Bradley Walsh as its the only fucking thing they're not actually on at the moment
I tend to agree with the "show die" part, it was good in it's heyday mainly for the buffoonery than the actual scores ie Kamara and the Portsmouth/Blackburn sending off, Merson not being able to pronouce some Greek left back. The show will die with him going.
The only reason people watched it was because of the relationship between Jeff and the four old pundits (MLT, Thompson, Merson etc)
They‘ll replace him with someone shite and then replace them with you tubers.
Its a tired format that has no place in 2021.
Might as well be Alex Scott.
Not "eye candy" in the slightest. I think she's dreadful and ingratiatingly irritating.I’d rather have eye candy like her on the screen who has ACTUALLY played football at a high level than some over the hill bloke who ‘thinks’ he knows what he’s on about.
Can't say I'm broken hearted about this. He's had quite a few sly (and not so sly) pops at us down the years.
"Mabel; get the jelly and ice cream"
But like Soccer am very good a couple of decades ago but it’s bog standard crap20 years ago it was a great, ground breaking show, but things move on.
Well past it's sell by date but I wish Stelling well, he always came over as a honest, decent guy.
