Jeff Whitley

Don't have an awful lot of empathy with people in that situation but I'm glad he's started to sort his life out again. I still remember when he shinned it over from 2 yards in the dying moments against, I think Port Vale (?). Anyway, he was a decent servant to this club and I wish him all the best.

Jeff Whitley is one of the nicest, kindest and modest people I have ever had the fortune of spending time with.

I used to work with Jeff in stockport and he gave me an insight into his past life and saw first hand what he was doing to carry on living the healthier and more focused life he has now.

The article here, doesn't speak enough about the good that Jeff is now putting back into society. He works tremendously hard with the youth teams of professional clubs across the country, helping and teaching the youngun's on some of the very real and easily made mistakes that can put your life in danger.

A great gentlemen with one of the warmest hearts i've ever seen.

Keep up the good work.

I always rated Jeff Whitley and remember seeing his Debut. I dont think I have ever seen a City player look so young. He has always been honest about his issues and I wish him all the very best.

Was a cracking player when he had his first spell at Wrexham then when he came back he was just a fat lazy shit. Was in school with his brother jack, absolute top lad!
