We dominate possession though and he’s quick enough to get us out of trouble on the counter. As a RW, the system helps play to his strengths & mitigate his weaknesses. Plus, he’s 22, he’d be great with a few years coaching from Pep.Are we even linked?
Home-grown so added bonus, very very good player but kind of a winger at full-back
On paper a Walker replacement but he's not nearly as good defensively and Pep seems to want 'proper defenders'

How did he leave? Bad/good terms? Always struck me as strange that he was allowed to leave given the youth reputation.
Admittedly not watched much since he left so don’t know if he’d be suited to us? Obviously would be if we used the same tactics we’ve used all season (high wing back ultimately hampered by Walker’s inability offensively) but how is he defensively?

Home Grown player who has a 35M release clause and has very good experience, we should be all over this especially if Walker leaves this summer.
Hmmm the rags interested,any player with any ambition of wanting to win some trophies will not be going to them,only if it’s all about money ..
