Yes, very much so, they are not in the rumour-business at all. - I think it has always been between staying in Hamburg for another couple of years or going to the PL. Now that Hamburg has missed the CL for next year, I reckon he wants to play there with City.
As I said, very talented, young defender. Only negatives maybe lack of offensive ability and sometimes he seems a little slow to me (more a mental problem, I think). But physically he's amongst the top defenders, no doubt.

He will probably start for Germany in the World Cup, so you will be able to see him there. I believe he is a complete player, made some dumb mistakes playing for us, but I would credit that to his youth. Congratulations, and he will have an easy start, since Vince and Nigel know how to make the transition from Hamburg to City ;)
