I have no idea about journalists to be honest and it may indeed be true but it would seem strange as his family have just relocated back to Spain.

Agree on Roberts, but can't see Stones contributing anywhere near enough to the attack. May as well keep Sagna and play Stones at centre half.

Actually he has done a pretty good job as a fill in right back. Though I do worry that means Maffeo isn't being given his chance.

sad state of affairs when we have to keep a guy of this calibre as back up, I for one think "why oh why" is he coming on the pitch when he comes on as sub.

He is not a left back at all pep don't kid yourself, we have had a couple of half decent seasons with him on the wing, if we could get 10m for him for god sake send him and use what we have..
