If Navas is happy to stick around for another season as a back up then fair enough he is a useful squad player to have. The only problem is his family has appeared to of moved back to Sevilla.
It's probably just BS anyway. If the same 'journalist' had said we were signing Messi, it would probably be laughed at and not taken seriously but if it gives people the chance to moan, then it is taken as the truth.

I have no idea about journalists to be honest and it may indeed be true but it would seem strange as his family have just relocated back to Spain.

Probably is BS (especially with his family moving back home) and it is probably for the best to move on to a club that rates him but I don't have a problem if he is willing to stick around for another season as a back up player.

Agree on Roberts, but can't see Stones contributing anywhere near enough to the attack. May as well keep Sagna and play Stones at centre half.Stones a better option at right back.
Roberts a better option wide.

sad state of affairs when we have to keep a guy of this calibre as back up, I for one think "why oh why" is he coming on the pitch when he comes on as sub.
He is not a left back at all pep don't kid yourself, we have had a couple of half decent seasons with him on the wing, if we could get 10m for him for god sake send him and use what we have..
