Overpriced and no place in this team, not sure there's any point in thinking about it.

We need box to box midfielders or fast wingers, we are abundant in this type ofattacker.
 
Despite his versatility being one of the biggest points for those that like him, I just see him as a #10 in a 4231...think he's wasted on the wings and isn't good enough defensively in a 8

He's a talent and id love to see him play for us but I'd rather a more natural CM and/or a pacey goalscoring winger if we had a choice
 
I'd love to have Joao in our side. I expect though that he's going to have a fantastic season on loan at Chelsea and that his price will skyrocket. If this comes to pass - then unless Joao wants to play for us above all else - I think Joao will be too expensive.
 
He's clearly a talented player and there's definitely something about him. I'm not entirely sure I'd take him now with the players we've got but if Bernardo, Gundogan and Alvarez want to leave then we should take a good look at him.

Ironically the fact he's tanked at Chelsea is probably good news for us. His value will be lowered and he won't want to stay there. He's got the talent and the one manager who will realise that is Pep, without question. He's definitely got a football brain and the ability to open defences.

I wouldn't be paying anywhere near what Athletico paid, but for something like £60m I'd take a look.
