You should see how pathetic that setup by Simeone is. Suarez is the lead striker, everyone else is around or behind him. He even prefers Correa to Felix. Just not a player he cares for. Griezmann could lead the line with a striker like Suarez or Costa, but Felix isn't that profile.

Give this lad to Pep and he slots into our false 9 system flawlessly

He may well have joined the wrong club, agree. But we already have plenty of options for playing in a false 9 system. We need a different option for playing with a proper striker when the occasion demands. We won’t needlessly limit ourselves to one way of playing imo when we have the opportunity to arm ourselves with several choices

Joined the wrong club - or certainly a club with a coach whose style of play simply doesn't play to his strengths - and he went there for absolutely crazy money which really limit his options to get out in the short term. Badly advised by the people around him - or maybe they all just saw the $$$$$$.
