Joao Cancelo | Al Hilal Player

looks like Barcelona did move the goalpost ??

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona has agreed to remove the buy-option clause that they initially wanted to include in the loan agreement for the Portuguese international defender. This move aims to gain approval from La Liga's Financial Fair Play. Including such a clause would negatively impact Barcelona's salary balance, as they need to carefully adhere to the parameters set by football's governing bodies.

Look if true we need to fuck them off and stop the friendship and the helping hand

Barcelona paid all his wages and had no option or obligation to buy at the end of the deal. They are also uptodate on payments for Torres.

This deal would include a purchase option IF they can find the money

There was an option to buy setup with Manchester City but they moved the goalpost

Why would Barca agree to an obligation to buy for an aging full back, that will likely never play for us again, on huge wages?

At worst, they know they can get him for the cost of his wages each season until his contract expires.

The same goes for all other clubs interested in him.

This is an opportunity for Pep.
Every manager/ supervisor at work has a problem worker. You either have to get rid or turn them around to your way of thinking.

Loans are only a cop out at this stage.
Either sell him or utilise him

WHY does the so-called Gaint of the game have to pay in instalments? They are one of the big moaners of Manchester City's money spending and wanted FFP, SO funny that Barcelona can not afford to sign players and want help from City for loans and instalments

Ask how Jim at United got £35 million for Greenwood

Why is he unlikely to play for City again ? I think he was signed as a right-back But Walker was number one and Pep used him as cover for left-back, It's not his game is it playing left-back, Walker is coming to the end of his career and Cancelo is only 30 and Walker is 34

Pep wanted him out of the club immediately after his tantrum. He was willing to give him to the rags.

There’s zero chance that Pep would tolerate him.

Younger and on less wages. He’d be worth far more had he not been a outed as an “alleged” domestically violent rapist.

But he has been a outed as an “alleged” domestically violent rapist that can never play for United again, So his value to United is Zero in the same terms you set out with Cancelo (CITY don't want him ) (United don't want him)

It isn’t, because other clubs are willing to forgo that outing as he has talent at football. We can see this as the rags got £35m for him.
