Same here EB. A complete eye opener......Wow, it’s like an extra few years of education sometimes on here! I have never heard of all this stuff about security ever.
I thought security firms and employees had to have checks rather like DFS/CRB checks for people working with children.
I’m obviously very naive!
I just hope that these yellow bellied cowards are caught quickly. They are a blight on humanity anyway and more so with Joao having a young child in the house when they targeted him.
Even more random that one is 20.15ko followed by a 12.30 one. A bit like the 17.30 away at Norwich when we are in Europe on the Tuesday. Happens all too often and there is no way it’s by chance. Just hope someone at the club keeps a note of how often it happens compared to other teams. We seem to get screwed over more than most which is why Pep says that when we win the league we have done it ourselves.Same here EB. A complete eye opener......
I hope Joao and his family are OK. Being physically attacked in your own home, which should be a place of safety and sanctuary can have feelings of being violated. Thoughts are with them.
Unfortunately I think there is very little chance of the perpetrators being caught, the Plod really don't want to know unless there Is CCTV footage.
And to the poster who mentioned about the two away games in London within 3 days, I am total agreement and IMO am absolutely certain this is another of those random ( yeh, right) generated fixtures to make the Christmas fixtures even more difficult for us.
I can't believe we haven't built our own block. City centre tower block, could have players' gym, restaurant that supplies the food they need, roof garden for families etc. Could have the lower floors as general apartments but with a separate entrance. Floor each, manager gets the penthouse. This is what happened to Di Maria at United.
It's why the smart ones live in the City centre in managed buildings.
The players with young families prefer to have a garden.
It's a nice idea but players also need their space and apartment blocks aren't always ideal for young families who would like a garden etc.I can't believe we haven't built our own block. Either owned by ADUG and rented to City or CFG owned, but they'd have total control and could give all the players what they need.
If it's the one run by AC, it's more likely the police will be assisting him finding them.Presumably the security firm, if he uses one, will have their ear to the ground and will be assisting GMP. Four scrotes may be caught sooner rather than later if that’s the case.
The lads spend enough time with each other at training, going "home" and seeing the same people would send them crazy.I can't believe we haven't built our own block.
