Really you need someone who has the experience of the flaws in current memberships, for example the Superbia Black Box invites sent out in 2011, in order to be able to improve them.
This "Cityzen" new membership stuff.... hope it's nothing to do with that "EverBlue" bollocks they tried to get feedback on a year or 2 ago? Anyone remember it? I took screenshots at the time i was so wound up (can't find em! will have another look!). It included such rubbish in the survey such as being offered the chance to buy your seat for "life" (pay an ton extra than "normal" seasoncard holders) and you got the chance to kick out fellow seasoncard holders who sit around you and put your own friend there who had also paid "for life". Ie kick a season ticket holder out as they're nothing! It was full of money spinning insulting stuff like that. And "EverBlue" was a temp name and i'm sure they listed CityZen as a future option.
