Large councils are unruly and utterly corrupt/unethical in a lot of ways and spunk our money away like it’s nobody’s business, spending 14-20k on a recruitment company to search for a high position job whilst wanting an internal appointment whom is sometimes coached by another outside company with a cost of another grand not unknown.
