Top man and thoroughly deserved. Joe came to one of the Macclesfield OSC branch meetings a few months ago,and did a Q and A,some interesting tales of what it was like to play back then and the comparison with nowadays.

Joe, if you're reading this. I was one of them freezing little urchin type Junior Blues who held up 'Welcome home big Joe' placards up on the Maine road pitch before the Brighton game. Got a free ticket that day so if you need me for this one, I'll be there..hopefully it'll be a tunnel club ticket this time ;-)
