Joe Hart (continued)

I saw him chucking stuff at the coaching staff, he was also pulling faces behind Brian Kidds back then retreating into his coat quickly as if nothing was going on.

Not much in it I know and Richards and Lescott seemed to be involved too, but I thought straight away, completely unproffessional and unlikely to endear himself to Pellers.

Casillas in Jan please.

Wow

Can hardly blame Pants for the O.G, except maybe he could have gotten up to his feet quicker, but it would have been interesting to see the reaction on here and in the media had it have been Joe.

Certainly not to blame for either goal tonight, but I'd still start Hart on Saturday. No disrespect to Pantilimon, but I still believe Hart is the superior keeper.

Disagree. Think it sends entirely the wrong signals to the players. Pants has done nothing to warrant being dropped so for the moment he should, and I reckon will, keep the number 1 jersey.

I still think it'll be post the Christmas rush before we see Joe back between the sticks in the league.

hart is the better keeper and should play now. If Joe played it would have been a clean sheet yesterday imo. Panti is good, but Joe on his day is great. best team needs to play. Joe had a blip but he came through for england and had a very good game for us in the champions league.

If he's back to his best he might have been up for the first and he probably would have saved the second. We've no way of knowing whether his form has picked up though.

Didnt see it myself but read similar stuff myself and I agree that someone needs to take him to one side and tell them all that - on match day at least - this larking about is not acceptable.
There young lads and behind closed doors I hope they enjoy their youth and their careers but match days are not for fooking about.

To me this is his problem in a nutshell....he wasn't focused on the game. Even from the bench, he switched off from the game in front of him and got distracted. Last night might have been only messing to some, but to me this spelled out everything wrong with his mentality, and shows he hasn't learned a lesson yet.

Oh for fucks sake. Listen to yourselves.
I'm guessing you've never played a team game before.

Are you a headmaster?

So is Lescott's mentality wrong too?

Ffs people, get a grip.

I noted a comment from Douglas Higginbotham on the other forum t'other day, I was going to paraphrase but here's the actual quote.

"One thing I meant to mention anticipating I might be asked.Re Joe Hart all I saw was a top pro working very hard in training which is what I have always seen with Joe.There is no way you could tell from today that Joe in number 2 at the moment to Costel. He was excellent,as loud as usual and seemed to thoroughly enjoy the session."
