He's too full of himself, his image. No surprise to read about the messing about on the bench 'hey look at me, a real jack the lad'. I knew he was gone when watching the tunnelcam against Liverpool.....acting all matey with the Liverpool players and staff, pats on the arse etc.....then blanked Suarez when he walked by. Pathetic, pandering to the public, trying to curry favour. It was all for show, and in reality Suarez is a really decent guy off the pitch at least, believe it or not.

Down to Manuel Pellegrini to make that decision as ridiculous as it sounds. Admittedly Panti did drop a bollock on the eve of the cup final ( from his newspaper interview) wanted to leave due to lack of playing time. If Hart makes my concerns look silly over the next couple of seasons then fair enough.

For me Hart's mistakes have cost us 2 of our 4 losses (villa and Chelsea) almost singlehandedly and arguably Cardiff too. Pantilimon hasn't put a foot wrong. It just seems to send out the wrong message and not a very holistic one, being reinstated on reputation alone.

True in one sense as Panti has performed solidly enough in his one high profile game against Spurs, but maybe it is the kick up the backside that Hart needed and he has regained his focus.
