We would really need to find a top notch international keeper to consider replacing Joe and I don't see Manuel Neuer turning up at the Etohad any time soon.

Yes, no chance of Neuer unfortunately.
Would you take Casillas? I would for the short term (next couple of seasons).

Casillas for his experience and leadership definitely.

Considering he has only been the cup keeper ( for political reasons ) he still looks like he plays every week in the games he has played in.

Class keeper is Casillas.

Good shot stopper but often criticised for being a liner. That play be a problem in the Prem if true.

How tall is he btw ?

I think he would act as a calming influence for the whole defence. You hit the nail on the head with the high line
and sweeper keeper comments that you made earlier. I think all the central defenders including Kompany, but more
especially the others, have struggled to make the adjustment this season. The fact that Hart has also struggled has
made them even more jumpy.

According to Wikipedia (yes I know) 1m 85cm or 6 foot 1 inch.
A bit short for a modern day keeper in the PL but I'm sure his experience would make up for that.

He was at fault for the Mackems second goal for sure. What is it with that near post and diving to the left? He hardly ever gets down quick enough, and don't start me on his decision making and positioning. Bring back Pants much more of a calming influence on the back four.
