I really would like to see Joe hart in a Pep team like tonight for example to see how he would have done when he's trying to play the possession game.

However after tonight I am even more convinced that we just let Pep get on with it.

Joe is a great keeper but is not a sweeper. Just his bad luck that his style is not suited to the teams. Sad but that's the reality. I wish him all the best if he leaves.

If we're looking for someone to play in goal who's good at passing what about Yaya, great passer, good size for a keeper and he wouldn't have to do too much running plus we'd save a fortune

Yep Those "stats" say it all, I guess the days of "belt it down the park and hope for the best have gone" :)

Unfortunately for Joe it seems the horse has bolted. If he gets a chance on the return leg then maybe, just maybe but if not, he's gotta go to get game time to salvage his England place.

Hart's not good with the ball but Caballero is hardly any better. There's more to this than his distribution IMO.

We MUST be getting someone else.

Mind you if we carry on like this we might as well just put Tosin in there. Who needs a keeper?

ok its not his style but something must have gone on with him and pep,willy is doing it, that not may be his choice but hes doing it, no reports of a slanging match between them so very strange pep has not given joe the chance unless pep simply does not rate him

Really feel for joe - he is a blue and will be gutted to be missing out. Moving from a world class training ground and stadium to play for scouters who will do well to finish 6th. No European football. He must be utterly frustrated.
