I genuinely believe Karen that if he doesn't leave, he wont play for us again once Bravo arrives and Willy is retained (barring injuries)
I agree thats why i think he should leave now if the right club comes in,he might want to give it till january to decide but i don't think he should do that

I get you,but it's difficult to unlearn skills you have used for 25yrs,it would be no shame to realistic about your ability to change that much,he has a strong confident character and he might just decide its not feasable and walk away, plus he probably can see pep really doesn't fancy him despite what he says in public

I think there's a lot of truth in this. I think there's absolutely no shame at this stage of his career for him to decide that if he's not going to be playing regularly to move on. I'm not a huge fan of Hart (I realise I'm in the minority) anyway but he'll still be a legend for many and fondly remembered by all I'm sure. Equally it doesn't mean that Pep isn't right to move him on or give him that option either. Sentiment only holds you back in football IMO.

simple. there is no interest from other top clubs except Everton and Sevilla.
and that say something about Hart.
if he's really that great, with his current situation with Pep, most of top clubs will be over him right now.
We've no idea who's in for him only rumors as usual and you're conveniently missing out other rumored big clubs there.
Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool too. There will probably be more interested that haven't been leaked, there's also the fact that most clubs don't spend big on a goalkeeper unless they feel they have to and most of the big clubs aren't in that position at present and £30m is quite a lot to spend on that position... you see when you use a bit of logic things can look a bit different.

I think he'll stay..pep improves him as gk..stays on his hefty salary..doesn't have to uproot his young family..it's a no brainer really..stays out of the limelight with England for a bit..comes back better and stronger.

Love Joe but just watching the other night on the 5th goal there's a ball from cabellero that cut out 3 or 4 players and I realised then what Pep wants .
That goal was unreal on the goalie situation and centre half, as in John Stones . Happy days ahead !

If he wants to leave the transfer sum will not be that high as then he is more of a burden for the club and the dressing room.

And my point about Best and Giggs stands. A player's career is defined by their club titles, especially in a nation that is wank on the big stage.

You say you're City til you die but think the coach is an idiot when he's doing what he believes correct for the club. That's backing a player over a manager we've moved mountains to hire. I really don't think the two statements can be reconciled.
"I say" you've met me in person a few times, you know I am. Like said I hope to be proved wrong. Fact is we've been killing time waiting for guardiola and then he's dismissing what for me is one of the first names on the team sheet. Opinions are like arseholes, everyone's got one. That's mine.

No shame whatsoever in him coming out and saying it's just not for him if he wants to move to something that's more suited to his playing style and get more game time. This situation happens in all types of workplace every single day and it takes character to come to terms with this and admit it both to yourself and others. His pride will have taken somewhat of a beating.

We're not going to hear anything from Joe until/if he moves on a permanent basis.

Personally, i'd like to see a change of personnel in goal, see Joe move on to another club (Not bothered where but think Everton would be a good match for him) and try to resurrect his international career.

Joe has potentially got another 5/6 years + at the very highest level left in him. I think he can change and evolve and hugely improve even at his age. Pep is right. If Joe wants to stay, he needs to fight for his place - like every single squad member. And fighting for a place means getting on board with Pep's way or bugger off. I don't think that any squad member is a dead cert for any team sheet with Pep, whereas so many managers play particular players entirely because of reputation alone. Personally, I would like to think that Joe will stay and want to learn and evolve and fight for his place. If for whatever reason, he cannot evolve the way that Pep wants, then he can move on, but he needs to be willing to give it a go and needs to give it a whole season to see what he could evolve into. There is not a hope in hell that City will subsidise his wages to send him out on loan - they don't need to. Therefore, no one will cough up £30m or whatever the price might be that city would sell for, let alone come anywhere close to his £135k per week.
