"Unfortunately for me, one of the guys' opinions in charge of my club at the time wasn't as strong as it needed to be. So I needed to find someone who had an opinion of me who thought I could help their team.”
Obviously a dig at either Pep, or Txiki. Disappointed that he's chosen to speak out in the way he has, but that is his right, and his choice. I hope things go well for him in Turin. Us, and him, move on. The club is bigger than any individual.

How do you interpret that as a dig? It's the reality of the situation.

Okay, maybe "dig" was the wrong word. But you see what I'm getting at. He could have just kept his head down, and got on with the job. Ah well; as I said earlier, his choice.

He could've but maybe he wanted to set the record straight which I can't blame him for if that is the case.

From some posters' reactions, anyone would think we were living in North Korea.

Hart has been most restrained and diplomatic. Maybe he should stick a feather duster between his buttocks so he can fluff Pep/Txiki's testicles when he bends over. Yes, that would win approval.

That ship has sailed.
That ship certainly has sailed, and it left during the pre-season friendly in Sweden against Arsenal.
Harts temper tantrum when he came on as sub and petulant decision to ignore the keeper sweeper mantra and boot the ball down the field in front of a watching ,expressionless ,Pep signified,to me,the end of his City career.
No complaints about what he did for us whilst here, and I wish Joe all the best at Torino.

I missed that temper tantrum. I also counted the number of passes Joe made in that game having read on here that he ignored Pep's instructions. He kicked 15 times, 11 of these were short passes, the remaining 4 were long, of that 4 only 2 were needless punts ( under no pressure ). So, a couple of punts aside I really don't get where this notion that he ignored Pep's instruction comes from. I can only assume that people were looking for signs of defection and them 2 needless punts were the only evidence needed.

We do agree however that that ship has sailed. :)

Yeah, without trying to be over dramatic mate...Hart lost his temper during the incident and made a big show of I, m gonna kick this long, and angrily did it,..it was definitely a two fingers up to the watching management..u say u haven't seen the incident..if u had,u would understand a line had been drawn at that very moment, whatever harts stats in that game suggest.if u don't believe me,try and get a look at the game on video.
