Whilst I agree with you there is a lot of shit written about Joe by some to suit their point of view, it cuts both ways with his fans who over rate him as a keeper and as a person. I like Joe, like I liked many of our previous players and I was as guilty, as with many football fans, of over rating our players. I know this will upset some of his fans, but he isnt top class, he's a good keeper who in his own words in that interview didnt have any other options than Torino, a top class player has their pick of clubs when, for whatever reason, its time to move on.
Those that are harping for him to return need to move on, because he isnt getting back in as number 1 under Pep, and Joe, quite rightly, isnt going to put his career on hold waiting for Pep to move on. Pep is more important to City's progress than Hart, Pep might or might not be the best in the world, he's certainly in that conversation though, Hart will never be in the picture as the worlds best keeper, he has too many flaws in his game, good but not great.
I wish him well in Italy and wherever he ends up, if he's lucky he might get a CL club.
