I rate De Gea slightly above Hart, considering his age.

De Gea is a better shot stopper but Hart has better communication and one on one skills.

You could say De Gea is better in departments that Hart isn't great at e.g distribution, and Hart is better in departments that De Gea isn't great at e.g goal keeping positioning.

They'll both be great keepers in the premier league in the future, if they both amount to their expectations could very well be the premier leagues version of Casillas and Buffon in years to come.

I'm not sure that de Gea is a better shot-stopper than Joe.

Even this season, when Charlie is supposedly not playing at his best, he has made some fantastic saves.
