Well that's an extra 5 points thanks to Joe off the top of my head.

Best 'keeper in the world this season, who would you, the fountain of all footballing knowledge, have ahead of him?

can you now please list some 'keepers who has won LESS than five points to their team ? thanks in advance...
Could you answer my question first?

I'll reserve my thanks because I know you wont answer.

i dont have any specific name to do. this anyway dont make Hart that world beater english press hype is leading you to believe.

for example wich ones ?
Villa away, Wigan Away, won us a point against Liverpool away.....

endless list i'd say.....

It's been a long season, I can't remember every save he's made but I know he's made a lot and at critical times. This season he's got 13 clean sheets to his name, broke the club record last year and England have only lost once when he's played.

So you can't name a better keeper?

Surely that means....

I can't believe some people, is everything going well at MCFC cos if it's not lets pick at something stupid, like "Our Englands No.1" Joe Hart who hasn't put a foot wrong all season, OK he didn't get a strong enough punch on the ball, but at least he punched it, and the goal, he was impeded by 2 players, Wigan had a goal disallowed for worst than Joe had.

Let's all just enjoy the very good win and stop looking for any excuses to pull apart "OUR TEAM"

would not swap him for any other keeper; however, i wish the coaches/manager would insist on playing out from the back. Hoofing it is silly when our players are midgets who thrive on the ball on the ground. It gives the ball away so many times ; it can be addressed, but not just by Joe, the whole team needs to tune in.

Couldn't agree more. Top keeper but the one thing he needs to develop is his distribution, especially his kicking. Despite this, he's still No1 in the Prem by a mile.

yes it happens more times than most on here would admit

Best keeper in the country has won us countless games this year, big shout for player of the year and you start to criticise the lad? Unbelievable. Give your head a wobble.

for example wich ones ?

Villa, wigan, lpool, some great saves vs qpr. Great save against norwich at 0-0. He's class no debate to be had.

The question from the OP was about Joe touching something on his hip, but no answers to that? I could expand the question to why do so many of our foreign players kiss the inside of their wrist when they score?

And on the subject of Joe Hart he was player of the month in January for his amazing performances so he has saved us quite a few points this season.

Bit of a strange one this. But has anyone else noticed that after a lot of saves he will touch something on his left hip, like on his waist band? Maybe a lucky charm.

Nothing thread granted just wondered anyone else notice it.

Probably turning his Ipod back on to deal with the periods of inactivity.
