if there was a leak, it was probably a stadium worker.

Lets be honest, it could also be Joe out of spite but I somehow doubt it.

Or from one journalist's vivid imagination and then they all jump on the band waggon. I don't trust our press these days as far as I could throw one of them!!

If the rumours are true, then that's fantastic.

It would set a terrible precedent if a player is in such poor form (not even sure form is the right word at this point), yet can keep their place.

If you play well enough, you should generally be rewarded with a start. For similar reasons, Dzeko should start Sunday.
Some very obtuse humour in that last paragraph.

Play well enough
Dzeko?
SUNDAY?
i meant tommorow obviously...wouldn't be the first honest mistake a human has made.

& yes Dzeko...he just got an assist and goal. He's made a case to start the next game.
Sorry mate I genuinely thought you were on the wind up, but if you weren't that means you were being serious about Dzeko. I agree with you about his contribution in extra timewhich was obviously crucial but I can't get over his performance in the 90 minutes of normal time.

Whilst I argued that retaining Hart was a bigger call it may not be such a big call for Pellers if he didn't rate Joe in the first place and was looking to replace him with someone he does trust. Its even less of a big call if Txiki has come to share this view. If this is the case and you also factor in what happened to Barry it would be slightly ironic that the man who did rate them is the one man they were happy to see the back of.

Mind you with the media in fully cry over the dropping of Hart Pellers will probably now play him just to piss them off.

I think Joe should be first choice. He proved his quality so many times. Mistakes are part of deffending and he made them just few comparing with our last deffending line. 50% goals we got were for poor deffending tactics and for MP not being able to solve that problem. For example, Roma in Italy has 10 streight wins with only one goal in their net, new liga record. We played away leading 1:2 and then lose game 3:2. Joe become victimized by MP and fans, but the true problem is with MP. Since beggining of this season in several occassions I posted that something is wrong with our deffense. If MP can not find solution then MC should hire world class proffessional advisor just for deffending part (as mentioned above - no better then Italian)
Also it would be bad for English national team that Joe is benched permanently which will deffinetly coused his form to be ruined before WC.

Mancini was looking to replace Hart with Begovic according to David Platt.

It's been reported by one of the papers (can't be arsed checking which) that Joe Hart was 'fuming' when he left training... It doesn't take a genius to put 2+2 together and actually get the right answer.

It's how he acts in January that matters
Fuming for what? Tad immature of true.

There's no Way he can be fuming, it's not as if he's been harshly treated.

He might be upset but that's entirely different.

Joe is a bright guy and a committed team player. He knows the score and he knows he's been on thin ice for weeks now.
This is about right mate it was the final nail for Joe with the last minute Chelsea goal. for me we are the best team in the Prem by a fair distance and silly mistakes have cost us and not just by Hart the manager needs a bit of a think to be honest, the whole defence needs a bit of work for me the kompany/Lescott partnership looked alright to me ball player alongside a defender was ok, then the boy god nasti was introduced who is a good prospect but that's all. and playing Garcia in front of anyone at centre back hmmmm. I wonder if the manager will play Lescott and Demichelis tomorrow.

Ironic that after a number of Joe Hart mistakes, it's a Matija Nastasic mistake that gets the keeper dropped.
The Chelsea gaff cannot be put on Nastasic whatsoever.

That's all Joe.

P.S. Joe, if you're going to call keeper, don't do it the split second before your defender heads away the ball!
