Joe Hart's Season

He was outstanding again and should play on sat, he won't, but fuck me he should.

Know what you mean, but that would be a poke in the eye for Pants; especially as Mancini gets flack for his man-management style it would be good to see him show some loyalty to Pants. It takes a squad to challenge on all fronts throughout a season.

Golden glove that is all
The back 4 won that award.

Our back 4 has been terrible all season, Zaba and Nasty have been our best players but those 2 alone doesn't make a solid line. I'd say the back 4 did a hell of a lot more last season then they have this season in helping Hart out.

The commentator last night jonathan pearce said to steve mcmanaman"" joe hart has had a strange old season".I thought to myself what a muppett more clean sheets than anyone this season and personally i cant see what all the fuss is about form wise!.

I thought that's what he ment. Early on he was in form and was touted as the best keeper in the world. Has had some real howlers since midseason but has still led the PL in clean sheets. He's kind of been at both ends of the spectrum, been criticised but is still at least statisticly the best.

You've got to admit it's had its ups and downs compared to the previous few.
Thing is he set his standard so high anything less than superb is going to attract criticism. Anyone care to swap for another PL keeper?

Maybe someone should go through this seasons saves and see how many points worse off we'd be if a few of the stunners he pulled off had gone in when we drew or won by a single goal.

According to City's official twitter, that Adebayor goal for Spurs confirmed Hart as the golden glove for the third season in a row.
Must have had a shit season then.

I love it how people on blue moon don't bother reading the threads!

That is correct, Cech could have matched him until Ade's goal. I think Cech has played a few games less. If it was equal clean sheets does it go to the one with fewest appearances i.e. biggest percentage?
