Joe Hart's Season

ALL goalkeepers make mistakes in a season, what I would like to see from joe is to learn from them and reduce mistakes to a couple a season. also I would hope some1 is telling him to try and cut out crosses from corners instead of staying on his line all the time
 
Had a mixed season for me Joe but he is still top class.
Heres one for older fans when I started watching the blues around 1980 we had Corrigan in net who at that time was obvoiusly older than Hart.

How do you think the two Joe's compare?
 
He's still the best statistically and physically, yes he has made a couple of errors this season but he's a young lad and he will learn from his mistakes, making him an even better keeper. As ever there are some Blues who cant see the wood for the trees and have to moan about something.
We have the best goalkeeper, the best fans, the best club and a good few of the best players in the world.. We have won the league, the FA Cup and we are in the Final again... in a short couple of years.
Chins up lads and no more talk of replacing Joe, he's fucking brilliant!!!!!!!

Yeah, he's been injured all season....

you dont just push thes things back into place and move on. The club have been managing this injury for some time. Yes he has made mistakes but when you blow as hot and cold as he has this season there is generally an underlying issue.

Look at the cup games, in the past Pants has played the early rounds with Hart coming in for the later, see Liverpool semi in Carling Cup last season. Hart was furious last season he didnt play in the United 3-2 in the FA Cup and again that he didnt play in the 1/4 of the league cup at Arsenal.

This season, due to the injury he is happy (less upset) that Pants is playing. The club are having to manage the injury as they have done all season. He basically needs a big rest. When you do something like this at the start of a season it stays with you

Why didn't the club or Joe say anything about an injury?

They've had all season? If they were really trying to manage an injury they wouldn't allow him to partake in any England matches, or at least disclose the injury to them.

Unless of course, he's not been injured and has just made some frequent mistakes that has led to Costel getting more game time and thus trust.

Every keeper makes mistakes, it's part and parcel of the game. Sorry, but bumping a 10 month old thread reeks of trying to make excuses.
 
Joe Hart has not had one of his best seasons but he's going to win the golden glove so that's the end of it.

Joe Hart has had a poor season.Needs to be better at crosses.And also needs to stop praising the scum.
