Joey Barton has slammed an ex-Manchester City teammate as a ‘gobs****’ and a ‘s***house’ after the former footballer blamed him for his spiral into addiction.
Burnley star Barton, 33, stubbed out a cigar on Jamie Tandy’s eye during a Manchester City Christmas party in 2004.
But the midfielder claimed Tandy, 31, was overweight and ‘lacked desire and talent’ long before he ‘used him as an ashtray’.

I was thinking about the ASHTRAY bitHe was right though, Tandy was a cocky little gobshite who got put in his place by an even bigger gobshite. He was just using Barton's name to get a few quid and harness some sympathy. Barton is a prick and so is Tandy.
