No, I think we treat Mangala unfairly. None of our defenders have been free of guilt when it comes to stupid defensive errors this season. It's a part of the game that nobody is immune to, including Ramos and Boateng.

Loved the aggression he showed in the first half last night, looks a much better defender when he doesn't give players time to settle and think or space to run at him by backing off. Seemed to regress back into passiveness in the second half a bit but the whole team were playing a bit more conservatively and saving energy so I'm happy to forgive that. Would love to see him getting some game time with Vinny now so he can pick a few things up from the best.
