A bit gutted about this to be honest, I think he will be a great player in the future.

There's no guarantee he'll go anywhere - not if Koeman wants to keep him, and Stones is happy to see how things develop under Koeman. If they are going to spend £100m then that might change the way a lot of people think about EFC including the player? Possible surely
I don't see City buying two central defenders on top of what we already have. Especially given that Kompany should have a decent chance of recovery. last season he never gave himself a chance to recover. he just wanted to get back. Now he's forced to take a rest and get himself right.
everyone knows that. if City add Laporte on top of Kompany, forget about any top player player coming here - unless there's going to be a radical change in the playing system.

If Stones is with Mendes yes the rags have good links with him but at the same time, if Stones comes here Mangala leaves and Mendes gets paid twice
