Unbelievable price to pay for this lad. He might be decent on the ball at times but he is not a good defender,lets hope Guardiola works his magic on that front! Stones,Gundogen,Nolito and maybe Sane?...good but not going to propel us to the next level which I expected this summer as I think most of us did.
 
It's a crazy amount for a player that is nowhere near the finished article. People will say you are buying potential but for 50mil you want more than a promise plus I believe a price tag that thigh will weigh like a millstone round his neck when repeated week in week out by the media, much like Sterling.

The price will be around £40m + add ons. £2m if we win the league within 2 -3 years, £2m if we win Champions League, £1m if we win FA cup or League cup within 2-3 years & £250,000 for every 30 games up to 120, so the whole deal if City are successful will be around £47m.
