I'm in the other camp mate. I think Everton hold all the aces as they know he wants to join us and we want him. I feel any deal will be on their terms
It more than likely will be on Everton's terms. One way or another we will end up paying £50 million, even if it is with add ons.
That said, we're in a position where we can play hard ball because he wants to join us and there is no longer any competition for his services.
We've priced the competitors out just like we did with Sterling and KDB so now it's up to Everton whether they want to price Stones out of the move.
Personally I think their board will want him to leave and are just posturing over the fee.
It's basically the same as the Sterling saga last season.
