Well Nolito is Peps signing. No way did we have him on our list without Peps insistence. Similarly Demichelis and Caballero were Pellegrinis signings. There is a reason most of our signings are talking about Pep callibg them or talking to them before moving, because Pep wants them and they re on his list. Its no coincidence that Pep was quoted as saying he cab only congratukate Germany on a talent like Sane and then City signing him few months down the line. That is not coincidence, Pep wanted him.

We have focused a lot his season on Bundesliga/La liga players, compare it to Mancini and most of the runors were about Serie A players.

Thank you Mr Stubby Fingers.

Angelino? Tosin?

I dont think Tosin is ready mate. Has a bright future but has a long way to go before he can be seen as an upgrade. Pep pretty much said that in his presser yesterday..We've signed some great attacking players but believe we have more questions than answers at the back and Laporte, Bonucci and Stones tell me Pep/Txiki feel the same, we just havent delivered "yet"..This should have been sorted alot earlier in the transfer window, if not Stones then move on to someone else, with one of the most important games of the season in under 10 days time...Our transfer business leads me to think Txiki more comfortable with the fullback position (with new lads showing promise) but still alot of unknowns. I see "not signing a ball playing CB to run Pep's system" as the one major fail, so far this transfer window...Hopefully Stones gets done this week!

Pep's comments...

"Tosin has a lot of steps to getting better, so he's not done. He's not a player who is done. But he has all the qualities. He's fast, he's faster than people can believe. He's strong in the air.

"But he has a lot of things to improve and I hope from the deep of my heart that I can help him, we can help him to develop his skills."
