he's confident in his abilities and that why we want him and it won't be a millstone round his neck confident players don't worry about price tags or about making mistakes they just get on with the game
 
Fingers crossed this gets done as soon as the euros are over. Will be reinforcing the idea that in future the best British talent will go to City before any other club.

It was indeed. I also quoted his sister who said, "we hope he gets his move". He clearly wants out, and is going out, it's just the destination. The general feeling of this city is that he wants us and that this was accelerated by Pep. Let's hope that's true.

I've got to say, anyone who thinks they know more than him are just wrong. He's not perfect and there will be mistakes, but whoever he wants in his team we have to move heaven and earth to get them and back him.

He didn't have a good season but the talent is there, you can see the potential. Under a great manager, especially under a style that suits his strengths he could be a top class player.
 
If pep wants him then that's good enough for me! There is definitely a talent there, hopefully pep can take him to the very top as you don't get us, barca, Chavs and rags chasing someone who isn't a talent
 
Don't worry all you pessimists on here, he will be shite for us this season. Every mistake analysed, every pundit lined up to destroy him. Regardless of performances, for every 10 good things he does we will be spoon fed the one that is not up to scratch.
