That is the going rate for defenders now unless they have a lower release clause,add in the English tax then it is what it is,we need to buy one and pep seems to like him

If I am not mistaken, the most expensive fee spent on a defender is, coincidentally, £50m on David Luiz. Yes, he who happens to be an absolute abomination of a defender.
