Have you not read it correctly.£35M is the start price with add ons which could be fairly near their asking (or so we are lead to believe) price of £50M.

Like Ric has just said, we'll probably have to pay north of £40m whatever happens, just hope he proves worth it. A lot of improvement necessary, but if anyone can get that out of him it'll be Pep.
